The magnificent 81-82 campaign saw the club, now managed by Ian Porterfield gain promotion back to the Third Division as champions, losing only 4 games along the way. Steve Charles and Alan Young are just two of the SUFC stars to have worn this shirt I am writing to advise you that I have received the new 1982 Sheff Utd shirt – I love it and it brings back memories of when I was a lad.
